Law360, Chicago (August 02, 2012, 8:47 PM ET) -- Technology law boutique ZwillGen Law LLP has added a former K&L Gates LLP commercial disputes attorney with experience in unfair competition, false advertising and privacy litigation in San Francisco, ZwillGen said Wednesday.
Michele Floyd, who also once worked as a senior litigation director at Yahoo Inc., brings along experience representing Internet and e-commerce companies in complex litigation, and joins ZwillGen, which was founded in March 2010, as counsel after working with the firm's lawyers in the past, according to that firm.
