Apple Seeks Infringement Sanction For Samsung Media Leak

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 8:37 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. asked a California federal court on Thursday to issue a court order that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has infringed its patents as a sanction for Samsung's counsel's decision to release to the public court-excluded evidence purportedly supporting the company's position that it did not copy Apple's iPhone.
