Toyota Acceleration Evidence Pared To Keep Trial On Schedule

Law360, Los Angeles (August 17, 2012, 10:22 PM ET) -- A California judge overseeing consolidated state court litigation over unintended acceleration in Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles said Friday he will limit the plaintiff’s evidence in the first California bellwether trial in order to ensure the case stays on track for a Nov. 1 trial.
