Calif. Domestic Worker Bill Could Trigger New Round Of Suits

Law360, San Diego (September 17, 2012, 7:50 PM ET) -- A California business group is pushing for the governor to veto a bill that seeks to extend labor protections to nannies and other domestic workers, a measure that employment lawyers say has the potential to open up a new wave of wage-and-hour suits against private households.
