Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 2:58 PM ET) -- Sutter Health was hit with a putative antitrust class action in California federal court Monday, accusing the nonprofit health system of a conspiracy to maintain monopoly power for medical services in Northern California through unfair impositions on health plans and customers.
