Bausch & Lomb Plaintiffs Try To Jump Twombly Hurdle

Law360, New York (November 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs in a purported class action against Bausch & Lomb Inc. over a contact lens solution that allegedly causes fungal infections have revamped their complaint to bypass pleading hurdles created by the U.S. Supreme Court's Twombly ruling.
