Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 7:26 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday disqualified Perkins Coie LLP from representing Open Text Corp. and its subsidiaries in patent infringement litigation brought by j2 Global Communications Inc. because of the firm's interactions with an attorney who previously counseled j2.
