Law360, New York (December 04, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A California judge has reportedly tentatively signed off on Ford Motor Co.’s bid to settle class action litigation on behalf of nearly one million consumers whose Ford Explorers lost economic value because of their perceived rollover danger.
At a preliminary settlement hearing on Monday, Sacramento County Superior Court Judge David De Alba said the settlement was in the best interest of all the parties, the Associated Press reported Tuesday.
