3,200-Strong Class Targets Eddie Bauer In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (December 05, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Clothing retailer Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. has been hit with a $5.5 million putative class action by a California worker who claims the company failed to pay employees sales commissions and holiday wages in violation of state and federal employment laws.

The action was brought by former employee Kristal Scherer alleging unjust enrichment, unfair business practices and breaches of the California labor code.
