Indirect Purchasers Bail Out Of Ditropan Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bringing an end to the antitrust litigation over Ditropan XL, a federal judge has signed off on a stipulation to pull the indirect purchaser plaintiffs’ action against Alza Corp. and withdraw their pending bid for class certification.

Judge Jeffrey S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California gave his blessing to the deal on Monday after the parties agreed to bear their own costs associated with the indirect purchaser action.
