N.Y. Seeks More Info From Infineon In DRAM Suit

Law360, New York (March 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The New York attorney general has asked the federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory market to force DRAM maker Infineon Technologies AG to produce a deposition witness.
