By Kaitlin Ugolik (July 16, 2014, 1:14 PM EDT) -- Amazon.com Inc. is reportedly in talks for a new office at 1133 Ave. of the Americas at 44th Street in midtown Manhattan, bringing an end to its long-running search for a space that will allow for significant growth. The New York Post reported that Amazon is working out a deal with The Durst Organization, which owns the 285,872-square-foot building. Amazon already occupies more than 92,000 square feet at 1350 Ave. of the Americas, and is expected to expand by 100,000 to 200,000 square feet every few years for the foreseeable future, according to the Post....
