Law360, New York (June 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Federal energy regulators have approved more than $4 million in settlements related to transactions that three California cities made during a period of skyrocketing prices for electricity and natural gas in the western United States.
The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said Wednesday that it had approved three separate agreements between the cities of Anaheim, Riverside and Azusa, Calif., and several utilities and state agencies involved in the 2000-2001 energy crisis.
