Judge Nixes Exxon Bid For Info On $423M MTBE Deal

Law360, New York (June 12, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has shot down Exxon Mobil Corp.'s bid to uncover additional details about the $423 million deal reached by 13 of its co-defendants to settle claims that they allowed a gasoline additive to leak into groundwater.
