Judge Keeps Most Of SRAM MDL Complaint Intact

Law360, New York (June 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The federal court overseeing the ongoing multidistrict litigation over antitrust allegations in the static random access memory industry agreed Friday to allow most of the indirect-purchaser plaintiffs' claims to proceed with leave to amend the few claims that were dismissed.
