CORRECTED: 2 More Oil Cos. Join MTBE Medical Monitoring Deal

Law360, New York (September 30, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Lyondell Chemical Co. and Total Petrochemicals USA Inc. have joined a settlement that will provide 69 children and just over 300 adults in Wisconsin with cash compensation rather than medical monitoring services in a suit involving a gasoline additive that leaked into groundwater used by 153 public water providers in 17 states.
