Study Chides Calif. For Not Punishing More Violations

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Although California leads the U.S. in setting environmental and public health standards, many violations of the state's standards are not being penalized, according to a report released last week by the Natural Resources Defense Council.
