Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- After encountering no objection from computer seller Psystar Corp., Apple Inc. has amended its copyright and trademark infringement suit against the company by adding a piracy claim in connection with Psystar’s sale of Apple’s Mac OS X software.
On Tuesday, an attorney for Apple filed a stipulation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California noting that Psystar had already consented to the filing of Apple’s new claims, allowing Apple to file its amended complaint without seeking the permission of the court....
