U-Haul Urges 9th Circ. To Allow Coverage Of $9M Fees

By Cara Salvatore (May 10, 2016, 11:30 PM EDT) -- U-Haul urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to let it get reimbursed for $9 million in legal fees following 14 years of litigation among the many sons of the man who founded the company in 1945, saying that an exclusion crafted by insurer National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., for just such "insured versus insured" warfare shouldn't apply....
