Infant Plaintiffs In MDL Over MTBE Aim To Settle

Law360, New York (January 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The parents of three infant plaintiffs involved in one portion of the multidistrict litigation over methyl tertiary-butyl ether are seeking to settle, days before their particular case regarding the controversial gasoline additive is scheduled to go to trial.

On Monday, Ronald and Joan Buchholz filed a notice of motion for order to settle action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of infant plaintiffs Erik, Alexander and Dylan Buchholz, according to court documents.
