Law360, New York (March 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. has been dismissed from LSI Corp. and Agere Systems Inc.’s infringement suit against a group of semiconductor companies over a computer chip method patent after reaching a settlement with the plaintiffs.
LSI and Agere, which have sued nearly two dozen semiconductor companies over the patent, said in court documents filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas that “all matters in controversy” between them and Vanguard have been settled.
