Most Of Denture Cream Suit Against GSK Tossed

Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has dismissed most of a proposed class action against GlaxoSmithKline PLC accusing the company of selling its Super Poligrip denture adhesive cream with zinc despite knowing that the product poses serious health risks, but has given the plaintiff a chance to amend the suit.
