Eastman Kodak Co. asked a New York bankruptcy court Wednesday to lift the automatic stay on its suit against Shutterfly Inc. and Tiny Prints Inc., claiming the companies are improperly using it to shield themselves from Kodak's patent infringement claims in Delaware federal court.
