Green Day Kicks Concert Video Copyright Suit
A federal judge in California decided Thursday that rock band Green Day's use of an artist's image in a video backdrop displayed during live performances constituted fair use, rejecting copyright infringement and unfair competition claims from the artist, Derek Seltzer.
