Sales Reps Say GSK Ruling Doesn't Bar State OT Claims
Sales representatives on Monday urged a Illinois federal judge to keep alive an overtime suit against Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc., arguing their claims were not barred by the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision that GlaxoSmithKline PLC sales reps were exempt from federal overtime pay requirements.

Judge Trims Boehringer Sales Reps' OT Class Action
An Illinois federal judge denied conditional certification for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. sales representatives and dismissed the Fair Labor Standards Act claims of the two named plaintiffs Tuesday, leaving alive only their individual state law claims.
