A Maryland federal judge on Tuesday held Creative Pipe Inc. in contempt of court for failing to comply with a magistrate's order to pay nearly $1.3 million in sanctions to furniture maker Victor Stanley Inc. and ignoring court-ordered document requests in a copyright case against it, according to court documents.
