Emulex, Broadcom Strike $58M Patent Licensing Deal
Semiconductor and wireless communications firm Broadcom Corp. on Thursday agreed to a partial settlement with rival Emulex Corp. in their dispute over patents for high-speed broadband technology, with Emulex agreeing to pay $58 million in release and license fees for use of three Broadcom patents.

Jury Issues Mixed Verdict In Emulex, Broadcom IP Suit
