Inventors Can Sue Hitachi, WD For Infringing Coating
A Texas federal judge on Monday ended a move by hard drive makers Hitachi Ltd. and Western Digital Technologies Inc. to dismiss an infringement suit over a diamond-like coating, ruling the patent holders had standing to sue.
