    Microsoft Ducks IP Claims Over Pre-2004 Windows Systems

    A Delaware federal judge on Friday ruled that pre-2004 versions of Microsoft Corp.'s Windows operating system do not infringe a slew of patents held by St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. relating to power savings and management, saying St. Clair hadn't provided evidence to support its claims.
