US Open Workers Settle Suit Over Wages, Tips
A federal judge on Wednesday approved a $600,000 settlement between companies that provided catering and concession services at the U.S. Open and attendants for the event's luxury suites, who said their employers wrongly took their tips and misclassified them to avoid paying overtime.
