A New York federal judge refused Tuesday to revive claims that Cozen O'Connor failed to pay a former partner a $250,000 bonus for generating more than $5 million in revenues, chiding the partner's "worthless" supporting evidence.

A former partner at Cozen O'Connor has filed counterclaims against the firm, saying he should have received a $500,000 bonus for generating certain threshold “billing attorney” and “working attorney” revenues, and for that reason he never paid back a $250,000 loan.
