Mitsubishi Can't Knock Out $170M Wind Patent Judgment
A Texas federal judge on Tuesday held Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. must pay about $170 million to General Electric Co. for infringing a wind turbine patent after rejecting Mitsubishi's argument the patent is void because of GE's alleged failure to disclose material prior art.
