    Gevo Didn't Infringe Butamax Patents, Judge Says

    A Delaware federal judge on Tuesday cleared Gevo Inc. of claims that it infringed two patents held by BP PLC and DuPont Co. joint venture Butamax Advanced Biofuels LLC by selling an ethanol alternative biofuel, granting Gevo's motion for summary judgment of noninfringement with respect to the patents.
