Superman Heir's Atty Dodges Sanctions In DC Comics IP Suit

An attorney for the heirs of Superman co-creator Jerome Siegel escaped sanctions for alleged discovery violations when a California federal judge ruled Friday that his alleged concealment of letters involving a 2001 copyrights deal with DC Comics, while it “deeply troubled” the court, did not amount to any intentional deception.
