Judge Shutters LifeTouch Photogs' Class Cert. Bid In OT Suit

A California federal judge on Monday refused to certify a class of photographers alleging photography company Lifetouch Inc. violated the state’s labor laws, ruling the lead plaintiff was an inadequate class representative and that the proposed class failed to meet a numerosity requirement.
