Galderma SA and Dermalogix Partners Inc. dropped a patent infringement suit Tuesday over Paddock Laboratories Inc.'s generic version of psoriasis spray Clobex, following a Texas federal judge's ruling partially siding in their favor last week.

A Texas federal judge found Monday that a generics maker's proposed version of the psoriasis spray Clobex infringes a patent asserted by Galderma SA and Dermalogix Inc., but stopped short of granting summary judgment on the patent's validity.
