United Way Chapter To Pay $6.2M To Resolve ERISA Claims
A Texas federal judge on Friday preliminarily approved a settlement of nearly $6.2 million by a United Way chapter to resolve claims by a class of beneficiaries of its pension plan that they received only a portion of the early retirement pension for which they were eligible.
