Insurer Can't Keep Baby Formula Case In Mass.
Over the objections of National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, a Massachusetts federal judge on Friday transferred to Indiana federal court the insurer's case against infant formula maker Mead Johnson & Co., in which the insurer claims it need not indemnify Mead in several underlying false advertising class actions.
