A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday tossed an unfair competition and trademark infringement suit against Microsoft brought by Kinbook LLC, saying the small software company had failed to show Microsoft's Kinect gaming device trademarks were confusingly similar to its "Kinbox" mark.
