    Countrywide Seeks OK For $10M OT Deal After 9-Year Fight

    Bank of America's Countrywide Financial Corp. urged a California federal judge Friday to approve a $9.6 million deal to end a long-running and contentious overtime class action, saying the proposed $3.1 million in attorneys' fees is reasonable even though much of the settlement could revert to Countrywide.
