An Arizona federal judge on Tuesday dismissed medical device manufacturer C. R. Bard Inc.'s lawsuit accusing competitor Endologix Inc. of infringing a patent covering a type of prosthetic blood vessel graft, after the parties moved to dismiss the case pursuant to a settlement.

Medical device manufacturer C. R. Bard Inc. is once again fighting to enforce its patent covering a type of prosthetic blood vessel graft, accusing its competitors Atrium Medical Corp. and Endologix Inc. of knowingly infringing the patent.
