Facebook Loses Bid To Toss Lamebook Suit In IP Row
A Texas federal judge denied Facebook Inc.'s bid Wednesday to have a suit filed by self-described parody website operator Lamebook LLC dismissed or transferred to California, where Facebook has sued Lamebook for trademark infringement.
