8th Circ. Finds Coverage For Equipment Loss At LA Port
The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday sided with machine tool supplier Amera-Seiki Corp. in its coverage dispute with The Cincinnati Insurance Co. over equipment that was destroyed at a Port of Los Angeles terminal, holding in a published ruling that language in Amera-Seiki's property policy was ambiguous.
