Digitech Hits BMW With Suit Over Financial Patent
Digitech Information Systems Inc. has slapped BMW Auto Leasing LLC and BMW Financial Services NA LLC with a patent infringement suit, accusing the car company subsidiaries of offering services that encroach on its protected method of managing equipment lease derivatives and other financial information.
