KBR Denied Gov't Immunity To Toss Suit Over Soldier's Death
A Pennsylvania federal judge refused Friday to dismiss a long-running suit against government contractor Kellogg Brown & Root over a service member's death in barracks that KBR was responsible for maintaining, saying the contractor couldn't hide under the umbrella of governmental qualified immunity — at least not on a motion to dismiss.
