Apple Smashes Class Action Over Cracked IPhones
A California federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a putative class action accusing Apple Inc. of misleading consumers about the strength and durability of the glass screens and panels on its iPhone 4 device, saying reasonable consumers would expect its reinforced-glass surfaces might break when dropped.
