Calif. Low Carbon Fuel Standard Largely Upheld
A California federal judge on Thursday largely dismissed challenges against Gov. Jerry Brown and the state's Low Carbon Fuel Standard, ruling that the plaintiffs had not made any specific allegations against the governor, nor shown that the crude oil provisions discriminated in purpose and effect, and that some of the claims have already been resolved by the Ninth Circuit.
