    Oracle America Inc. and Micron Technology Inc. have agreed to settle Oracle's California lawsuit alleging the semiconductor manufacturer conspired with other companies to drive up the price of dynamic random access memory microchips it sold to Oracle's Sun Microsystems, Micron announced late Thursday.
