Judge Calls Wal-Mart Settlement Objections Frivolous
A federal judge has chastised four objectors to an $85 million settlement approved late last year in wage-and-hour litigation against Wal-Mart Stores Inc., calling their objections “frivolous” and ordering them to each post a sizable appeal bond by the end of the month.
