    Sunovion Knocks Out 5 Patents In Mylan's Brovana Suit

    Mylan Inc. on Friday vowed to appeal after a New York federal judge ruled that five patents asserted against Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a suit over the chronic pulmonary obstructive disease drug Brovana were invalid, and limited potential damages on the two other patents-in-suit.
